CARLENE'S CHEESY TACO PARTY DIP 
Great for a Party!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your favorite)
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add taco seasoning and water according to package directions.

While it simmers, cut Velveeta cheese into chunks. Put in Slow Cooker (Crock-Pot) to melt (use high heat), checking and stirring frequently.

Once melted, stir in taco meat mixture and a jar of your favorite salsa until combined.

Turn Crock-Pot down to low and it will stay warm and gooey all day.

Note: Can be done in a large pot on the stove if you are in a rush!
