Approximately 1 lb. cubed meat
Amount of potatoes and carrots to taste
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp. parsley (optional)

Mix all in crock pot and add water. Can be thickened with flour and water, if desired, after cooking.
