CROCK POT HEARTY BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat, chop in 1 inch cubes
3 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, sliced
1 med. onion, diced
2 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
4 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
2 bay leaves
Salt & pepper to taste

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
