CROCK-POT BEEF STEW 
2 lb. cubed beef
2 c. onions, diced
2 c. carrots, diced
2 c. peas
2 c. potatoes, diced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
1 large (46 oz.) V-8 juice

Put in large crock-pot in order given. Start out on high until it boils, then cook on low the rest of the time. Cook 10 hours. Do not stir until done. May put it on in evening and let cook all night.
