BOK CHOY SALAD 
1 c. slivered almonds
1 stick butter
1 head bok choy or any salad greens
1 small can mandarin oranges or any fresh fruit you prefer like raspberries or blueberries

Sauté until golden brown. Put in sealed container.

Dressing:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Put in saucepan and boil for a minute. Refrigerate.
