4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. sliced zucchini

Combine all ingredients (except zucchini) and mix well. Add zucchini and stir into mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
