TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
16 oz. can French style green beans, drained (or frozen green beans, cooked)
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk or cream
2 oz. can sliced mushrooms with liquid
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
3 oz. can fried onion rings

Place green beans in 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Combine soup, milk, mushrooms with liquid and turkey. Spoon over beans. Combine noodle and onion rings. Sprinkle over turkey mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 5 (1 cup each).
