TOFU STEAK 
2 firm tofu, drained
3 cheese, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

DIP:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. water

Drain tofu well and cut horizontally into 3 pieces. Remove moisture with paper towels. Put sliced tomato and sliced cheese on top of tofu and put another tofu on top. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on each side. Heat oiled frying pan and saute until golden brown. Dissolve mustard with water and add soy sauce. Serve tofu with dip.
