CORNSTARCH PUDDING | |
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. sugarc. milk 1/4 tsp. vanilla Mix the cornstarch and sugar with 1/4 cup cold milk. Stir into the 3/4 cup of remaining milk which has been heated in top of double boiler. Cook over boiling water, stirring until smooth and thick. Cook for 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla or other flavorings. |
