CORNSTARCH CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream

In bowl beat cottage cheese and cream cheese at light speed. Add sugar and eggs. At low speed add cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, butter and sour cream. Bake 350 degrees F. 1 hour 10 minutes. Leave in oven 2 hours with oven off. You can use any sweet crust if desired. Better with none. Used springform pan.
