5-6 lg. potatoes 1 onion 1 stick butter Salt & pepper to taste Seasoned salt Parmesan cheese Garlic salt Parsley 2 lg. pieces heavy duty foil Pam Place 1 large piece of heavy duty foil on counter. Spray with Pam. Slice on top of potatoes. Cut up butter and place on top of onions and potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and parsley. Place other piece of foil on top of all and fold corners with corners of bottom foil. Cook on grill for about 20-30 minutes. Medium setting. |
