LAKE SEMINOLE POTATO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes

Boil to desired tenderness. Peel skins off when cooled. Cut into small pieces. 1/2 sm. onion, diced 1 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese Hellmann's mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients to desired consistency. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix again. Top with paprika sprinkled and parsley garnish.
