MAMMOTH LAKE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 1 c. oil 2 c. grated zucchini 2 handfuls steamed raisins (add last) 2 c. sugar 3 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. chopped nuts (add last) Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately. Blend both together and mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. |
