SEASONED PEPPER 
1/3 c. whole black peppercorns
2 tbsp. whole white peppercorns
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process to a coarse powder. Store in airtight container. Yield: About 2/3 cups seasoning.
