SEASONED RICE WITH RED PEPPERS 
2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. long grain rice
1 red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white pepper

Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the rice and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Add pepper and spices. Serve hot.
