BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. raw instant rice
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown ground beef and onion. Add celery, rice, chicken rice soup, mushroom soup and soy sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes; then spread 1/2 cup chow mein noodles over top. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
