FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 quart fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (12 oz.) can Sprite
dash of salt
1/2 small pkg. strawberry jello
Cool Whip, for topping

Slice berries; put in pie crust. Cook sugar, cornstarch and Sprite and dash of salt until mixture thickens. Add jello and cool. Pour over berries and chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
