SWEET POTATOES & NUT TOPPING

3 c. sweet potatoes

1 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1/2 stick butter

1/2 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

Mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Place in baking dish and top with nut topping. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar

1/3 c. flour

1/2 stick butter

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together.
