SWEET POTATOES WITH CRUNCHY
TOPPING
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk (plain or evaporated)
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. pure sherry flavoring
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Mix all ingredients together and place into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
