CRUNCHY BANANA DELIGHT 
1 c. unsalted peanuts, chopped
1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 c. sugar
3 large bananas
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix egg, sugar and nuts. Spread on cookie sheet and bake until brown at 350°F, about 20 minutes. Cool; crumble. Sprinkle 1/2 crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with sliced bananas.

Mix milk, pudding mix, peanut butter, sour cream and Cool Whip well and pour over top of bananas. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top and chill until serving time.
