SWEET POTATOES WITH TOPPING 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Pour into casserole dish, sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
