SWEET POTATOES WITH TOPPING 
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

TOPPING: Cut butter into sugar and flour. Add nuts.

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt and milk. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
