NOODLES HIGH BLUE STRAWBERRY 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour, mixed into sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4-1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. dry white vermouth
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Simmer with lid askew to avoid spattering. When done toss the sauce with 1/2-3/4 pounds cooked thin noodles. Heat and serve.
