3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat mashed cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, softened butter, vanilla and eggs together. Place in greased casserole or baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Mix topping ingredients together with fingers. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour.
