3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat all the above ingredients. Put into buttered baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 stick butter, softened
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/3 c. flour

Mix above ingredients with fingers. Put on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve warm or cold.
