PRALINE TOPPED SWEET POTATOES 
4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes (boil with jackets on)
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. bourbon
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. orange juice and pulp
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar (pack it)
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Boil potatoes and mash. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, bourbon and the cream. Put in a 9x13 baking dish. After each addition mix thoroughly. Use wire whip when liquid.

For topping, melt butter and mix with remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for 25 minutes.
