3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat mashed cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, softened butter, vanilla and eggs together. Place in greased baking dish. Mix topping ingredients together with fingers. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts.
