SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 tbsp. sage
Flour
Milk
Water
Salt and pepper

Brown sausage in large Teflon skillet. Add sage. Mix well. Add milk to 1/2 inch from top of skillet. Mix flour, water, salt, and pepper in shaker. Stir in flour mixture. Stir constantly until thick. Serve over hot biscuits or toast.
