SAUSAGE GRAVY FOR BISCUITS 
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, diced
6 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
Dried crushed red pepper to taste

Saute sausage and onion together. Add flour and milk. Stir while cooking over medium heat to smooth and thick consistency. Add pepper. Serve over biscuits. Great for a country breakfast!
