SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1/2 lb. sausage
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. water
salt to taste

In a large skillet, crumble sausage and cook until done. Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and let it brown. Stir in the milk and water. Cook on low until you reach desired thickness. Serve with biscuits.
