SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper
3 c. milk

In a medium pot, brown sausage with onion. Stir in flour. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Season with spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch as needed and serve over biscuits.
