CHICKEN BOLA GAI 
FLOUR MIXTURE:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix above ingredients together.

6 med. chicken breasts
4 tbsp. butter
1 (#2) can pineapple slices (about 1 c.)
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar

Dust chicken with flour mixture and brown in melted butter. Place chicken in shallow baking dish or casserole. Combine syrup from pineapple slices (about 1 cup) with soy sauce and sugar. Pour pineapple syrup mixture over chicken, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Baste 2 or 3 times during baking. Serve with sauteed pineapple slices on top.
