EASY APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples (or 1 can, 22 oz., apple pie filling)
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cool Whip topping (optional)

Mix butter, sugar, flour, and oats until well blended. Place apples in baking dish or pan. Spread blended mixture over apples and bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve plain or with topping.
