APPLE CRISP 
2 cans apple pie filling
2 1/4 c. oatmeal (I use Quick oats)
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. melted butter (3 sticks)
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix the above until well mixed. Put approximately 2/3 in a 9 x 13 inch pan and pat down. Pour 2 cans of apple pie filling on top. (If you can't find the apple filling with cinnamon, then sprinkle cinnamon on top of pie filling.) Take the remaining 1/3 mixture and crumble evenly over the pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or when top is a golden brown. Can also use cherry or blueberry pie filling. Yummy!
