CHEESE SPINACH PIE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 carton (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese cubes (1/2 inch)
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Turn into a buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set.
