CHEESE-SPINACH PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a buttered 9" pie pan or round baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set and slightly browned. Serves 6 or 8. Great with loaf of French bread and/or fish.
