SPINACH-CHEESE PIE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed 16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. mild brick cheese, grated 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients well; turn into buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set. |
