PUNPKIN ROLL 
Beat 3 eggs, gradually
Add 1 c. sugar
Blend in the following
2/3 c. pumpkin filling
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour

Spread onto greased and waxed paper cookie sheet. Bake for 15 at 375 degrees. Turn out onto a tea towel covered with powdered sugar, and remove wax paper, roll the tea towel into a log roll and let cool.

FILLING:

Cream together:
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. powder sugar

Unroll the log and spread filling, roll and chill few hours.
