MEAT & POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lbs. ground beef
Salt
Pepper
2 lbs. frozen peas
2 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
About 10 med. potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix (dry)

Season meat to taste; fry until lightly browned. Spread in casserole (medium size). Top with peas, which have been precooked. Mash the potatoes and add sour cream, HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch and cheese. Add some milk if potatoes are too thick. Spread over meat and vegetable mixture, and bake, covered, about 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
