HUNGARIAN GOULASH WITH NOODLES 
1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
2 med. onion, s minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles

Brown meat and add onion. Combine mustard, paprika, brown sugar and salt. Combine Worcestershire sale, vinegar and ketchup and add to mustard mixture. Add all this to the meat, including 1 cup of water. Stir and cover. Cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours. Blend flour with 1/2 cup water; add to meat mixture; stir until thickened. Boil noodles. Serve over noodles. Serves 8.
