HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 1/2 lbs. stewing beef
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dark vinegar
1 tbsp. dark sugar
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
5 dashes cayenne pepper
3 c. water
Cooked egg noodles

Brown beef, onions, and garlic. Then mix all other ingredients together. Pour over beef mixture. Simmer for 3 hours. To thicken, add 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup water, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour over cooked noodles.
