POTATO AND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Diced potatoes
Diced carrots
Chopped onions
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger, dice potatoes, onions and carrots and put in layers using 1/2 of each of the soups between the 2 layers. Top with remaining soups. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Just before serving top with cheese and let it melt.
