POTATO AND HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 tbsp. celery salt
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
Cheese

Cook sliced potatoes in celery salt. Brown hamburger, drain, may season with salt and pepper. Heat soup. Put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish then hamburger, onions, cheese slices, soup, continue until all ingredients are used, ending with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
