GROUND BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt
Onion salt
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Pat uncooked beef to cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Season to taste. Add potatoes. Top with undiluted soup and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
