MAY'S HAMBURGER AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
Salt
Pepper
1 sm. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
4-5 potatoes, sliced
About 3/4 c. milk (enough to make juicy)

Brown hamburger, salt, pepper and onion. Place in bottom of casserole dish which has been sprayed with "no-stick." Mix together the mushroom and tomato soups, spread on top of the hamburger. Top with sliced potatoes and pour on the milk to make juicy. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are done. Uncover for the last 15 minutes of baking.
