HAMBURGER - POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes (opt.)
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (fine)
1/4 c. catsup or chili sauce
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Arrange evenly in greased 2 quart casserole: potatoes, 1 tablespoon onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and parsley flakes. Mix hamburger, evaporated milk, crumbs, catsup, 1/4 cup onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Spread evenly over potatoes and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
