HAMBURGER - POTATO CASSEROLE 
4-5 med. potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1-2 stalks celery, diced (optional)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. catsup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes. Cook until partly done in salted water. Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Add 1 can tomato soup and catsup and brown sugar. Place hamburger in bottom of 2-quart greased casserole. Place sliced potatoes on top. Pour mushroom soup over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 1 hour. Can be covered with foil half of baking time.
