BEEF & POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
6 potatoes, diced
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups leftover beef slices, cut in pieces
1/2 tsp. basil
1 can Durkee's french fried onions

Saute onion and garlic, then add diced potatoes and cook a little. Barely cover with water and simmer until almost done. Add beef and mushroom soup and basil and salt to taste. Simmer until done. Top with Durkee's onions and bake at 350°F until bubbly.
