POTATO AND TOMATO HAMBURGER
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef, brown and drained
1 onion, sliced
5 potatoes, sliced thin
1 quart canned tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

In a roaster, layer meat and potatoes. Cover with tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
