BATTLETOWN INN SQUASH 
7 sm. yellow squash
Small onion, diced
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. crushed Saltines
1 tbsp. butter

Boil squash in salt water until done. Drain and mash. Saute onion in butter, add cream and crackers. Combine with mashed squash. Pour into greased casserole and top with bread crumbs and dots of butter. Bake at 400 degrees 1/2 hour.
